The Under 14s Girls were in action on Sunday in their first full match of the season away to Market Bosworth.
Two evenly matched teams started off with a very hard fought first half that saw some good rugby played between the 22s from both sides. Bosworth opened the scoring with two well taken tries before Casuals responded with breakaway tries of their own. The back and forth continued for the remainder of the half, leaving the score at 20-17 to the home team at half time.
After a strong half time talk from team captain Anna, Casuals started the second half as they meant to go on, dominating with some brilliant line breaks that Bosworth had no response to.
Special mentions go to Evie OW for two phenomenal tries and some amazing running, earning her player of the match. Also, TREDS player of the game went to Anna for her captaincy through a tough game.
