
All female or non‑binary players are invited to a classroom‑based session on nutrition and fitness for the off‑season on Thursday 25 June at 7pm.
We’re delighted to have Hannah Underhill leading the session. Hannah’s blend of high‑performance sport experience, coaching expertise, and athlete‑centred development makes her an ideal person to guide players through off‑season preparation. Many of you will know her from her work with our Under 16 Girls or from the 7s series.
There’s an optional £3 contribution per player to help cover costs. Parents/guardians are welcome to attend at no extra charge.
It’ll be a practical, supportive session to help players to stay strong, fuel well, and feel confident heading into pre‑season.
