All Women are welcome, Rugby can be played by Women of all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. It's also really quick to learn. Open to all ages from aged 18 to 50! (We have some women over 50 playing!).

Have FUN, get FIT and make new FRIENDS.

It's a perfect way to get into a new sport in a non judgemental and friendly environment. (The social side is great also!) Many Women have spoken about how Rugby helps with mental health also.

You just need any sports kit, a water bottle and ideally studs/moulds, although trainers are ok in dry weather. It's a welcoming, friendly, no pressure environment.
