Nottingham Casuals RFC, Beeston's Rugby Club, is inviting all Girls and Women to "Play Rugby your way" by giving Rugby a try in 2026.

You don't need any experience or fitness, just turn up and we'll do the rest.

Rugby is a really inclusive sport and can be played by those with all shapes and sizes. We promote fun, fitness & friendship. We don't have the 'cliques' other sports do.

Girls, ages 9 - 17 | Thursday 6pm - 7pm.
All Women, all ages | Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

We have over 130 Girls & Women now playing Rugby in Beeston - why not give it a try?
