NCRFC is an ambitious, performance focused level 8 club with a goal for promotion and more. This position comes with an opportunity to work with a Premiership Coach and to be put through the RFU accredited coaching courses.

Previous experience coaching at level 8 or above, or playing at level 6 or above preferable, but other experience will be considered.
