Nottingham Casuals RFC, Beeston's Rugby Club is recruiting women now.

"Play Rugby your way" by joining us each Thursday at 6:30pm. You don't need any experience or fitness, just turn up and we'll do the rest.

Rugby is a really inclusive sport and can be played by those with all shapes and sizes. We promote fun, fitness & friendship. We don't have the 'cliques' other sports do.

We have over 100 Girls & Women now playing Rugby in Beeston - why not give it a try?
