It was a lovely morning at Matlock. Lots of sunshine and mud but with a proper Sunday vibe - bake sale et al.

Casuals were a bit down on numbers but got ready to crack on.

First quarter was a tough one and saw a few tries from Matlock but also some good play from Casuals. A great tackle from Emmett and rescue at the side line from Stan.

Second quarter was intense both sides playing well. Some great defence from casuals including a massive tackle from Archie (get well soon Archie!). Quarter ending a try a piece.

Quarter 3 saw another draw, 2 each - great tries from Felix and Liam. And awesome defence from Noah.

Quarter 4 saw Matlock back in the lead but the scoreline not feeling wholly reflective of the play on the pitch!!
