"We had them under a lot of pressure"
Hi lads,I thought we played really well today especially against Ilkeston as they are a really good team.
The first quarter we were definitely on top in the game and had them under a lot of pressure.
I’d like to give Ben and Ed a special mention for making good runs and leading the defensive effort.
Unfortunately we weren’t able to maintain that pressure through the whole game and we fell away. We have the making of a good side here, we just need to stick together and keep improving. Lets all get to training Thursday night and have a good session to take into the next cup match on Sunday vs chesterfield.
