Our 10s tournament on Sunday 7th Sept was an amazing start to the season, which resulted in our team putting up some fantastic defence and attack in the final. The matches started off with a strong win against the Long Eaton/MAC combo, followed by a close loss to Derbyshire Dragons. Our third game, against Mansfield, proved our strength in defence and skill in attack as we ended with a 10-10 draw. Our place in the final was then secured by a 4 try win against Pavark, including a spectacular run and score from Nancy after a pick and go.
