Play Women's Rugby in Beeston and join the fastest growing Women's team in Nottinghamshire!

Get fit for free, learn rugby, make new friends. Every Thursday from 18:30pm. ‘Touch’ rugby option available. (We train side by side but as one group) We focus on the fun as much as the sport, our team helps build confidence, fitness and helps makes new friends and connections.

We train and socialise as one section, but our ‘Valkyries’ team play touch while our ‘Rebels’ team play full contact rugby.

Rugby is a sport which requires all different shapes and sizes, it genuinely welcomes all and EVERYONE gets to play, no cliques. You just need boots, a water bottle and a we'll do everything else.

What makes Rugby different to other sports is the social side. We always have a laugh.

In less than a year our Women's Rugby team here in Beeston has bought together Women from all different backgrounds from around NG9 and futher.

There's no cliques, just a great group who have a laugh, get fitter and have fun playing this wonderful game.
