West Bridgford vs Casuals U8's

Casuals U8s! What can we say, you were absolutely amazing last Sunday This is the first time we have played West Bridgford. WB are a very good, well trained club but we did absolutely brilliantly, winning some of our games by a couple of scores!

Considering we have had a couple of weeks out due to the weather, the way everyone got back into playing as a team was totally awesome! There were some awesome diving tags to stop tries (Joe and Amayah), some amazing tries (Jacob, Jonah, George, Aggie) and some brilliant passing and support (Charlie, Dylan). One of the things the coaches⁩ were really impressed with was our defensive line: we were thinking about getting back and set quickly and this led to us tagging WB 6 times 3 or 4 times which is really hard to do!

Player of the week, for always thinking about position in defence and some amazing attacking runs is Oliver! but really well done to all.

Thanks also all for an impeccably observed minutes silence, we were very proud of our players in how they represented our club.

U8's are also very excited as on Saturday we are all going to see Leicester Tigers play and we get to go on the pitch and wave some flags.
