As part of our Spring programme of promoting Girls and Ladies Rugby in Beeston, we're running another of our 'Ladies under the lights' touch rugby evenings THIS FRIDAY.

Who can take part?

ANY Girl or Lady from 16 upwards. As Rugby is such an easy sport to pick up the session is perfect for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

It doesn't matter if you're a mum of a junior player. a local who'd like to improve her fitness and make some friends, a teenager trying to combate the stress of exams or a previous player looking to give it a go again.

This session is open all all and free.

- Do I need to book in?

No, just turn up at 18:50 ready to go!

- What will I need to bring

Any sports clothes (Shorts or leggings fine) and trainers fine, but if you do have boots all the better. Bring a soft drink, we'll open the bar afterwards

- What to expect

Touch Rugby is a non contact version of the game, so no 'tackling'.

- I've never played before / I'm not sure I'm fit enough yet

Doesn't matter to us! We make sure everyone is made to feel welcome and the session can be played by anyone, you'll have fun no matter what!

- Do you have a full contact Team?

We're planning to launch one next season but will continue to do Touch rugby socially also.
