The Under 10s consist of boys and girls in Year 5 and we meet every Sunday and Wednesday.

Our focus is on enjoyment and core fitness, as well as Rugby skills mixed with some competitive games.

Nottingham Casuals RFC is a friendly and family orientated club. All children are welcome to join, regardless of experience.

We have our own Clubhouse which helps form the strong club spirit and a Cafe every Sunday.

We train/play Sunday from 9.20am and Wednesday from 6pm.
