Be ready to train, changed and on the training pitch at 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings when available
Participate fully in training from start to finish both physically and mentally (where injury allows)
Promptly inform the Captains, Vice Captains, Club Captain or Coaches of your availability for matches or to train
Visit the club website to view details of selection and actively make contact with the team captain to confirm your understanding and availability
Be mature about selection decisions
Turn up on match day by the pre-designated time in a ready state to play. Dress code for league matches for all teams and for 1st XV and 2nd XV cup matches for will be shirt and tie no trainers
Complete availabilities and pay match tax to the captain prior to kick-off. If the captain has to approach you after the match you will be fined £1 in the pig.
Complete match day duties, such as staffing the bar and putting out playing equipment, when requested
